Depends how much you want to make. Usually a cup of water, teaspoon of sugar (i accidently put tablespoon). 2 cups flour. That makes like 3-4.

The further the player is from the net, and in this case if he is still in the faceoff circle, post-integration is a liability. You can't block all the aerial angle and you're in an inherently un-reactive position. If he's on his feet Smith can kick out a pad or even just get it with his stick blade.

This is why Demko needs to stop going to his f***ing knees 80% of the time.
