Pretty good win under the circumstances.
Demko was elite, 4th line was outstanding, Pearson and Miller were very good, and Hughes continues to excel.
Blueline depth remains shocking and there are still several passengers up front.
It’s great Pettersson scored twice and hopefully he can build off it but I thought his 5-on-5 play was still very poor. Same with Boeser.
Here is the biggest most important factor with Lammystill not sold on Lammikko but he's playing well and working his ass off too. Line has been great mostly off Motte and Highmore
Loved that Boudreau gave them that PP time....thats how meritocracy works and how you build TEAM chemistry. Its not about egos its about the Jersey and wins
And the Preds are playing in St. Louis Monday night, so they'll be on a back to back playing us. Every little bit helps.Good win..Preds next.
Its being wasted for a good cause.Disgusting.
Should never waste that much beer.
Here is the biggest most important factor with Lammy
Beagle 3 million
Roussel 3 million
Lammy 850,000
*not accurate salary numbers * not gonna google
agree with all this....just wanted to add Horvat has been a beast on this trip after a slow start in the Panthers game.Pretty good win under the circumstances.

Sportsnet sucks.
3 minutes after game is over they’re right back to a canned top 50 highlights show. Zero effort at any actual local or postgame coverage.
It’s incredible how there can be so many sports channels showing so little actual live sports or sports coverage.

It's obviously market driven and the BC market is not even close to Ontario's.Even more obvious when you realize the Blue Jays get a full 30 minute pre-game show, a 15 minute post-game recap, then are the lead for the immediate highlight show with post-game interviews. Raptors get the same treatment at Sportsnet and TSN. Canucks and other non-Leafs hockey teams? Have to turn to local radio, articles, and podcasts.
I’m sure there are a number who will volunteer for clean up duty.Disgusting.

Genuinely curious—who are your forward passengers from this game?
The guy I am keying in on is Dickinson. He isn’t hurting the team and I believe his defensive stats are okay—but you can’t be a regular NHL player let alone one with his contract and not be able to convert on any offense.
Honestly, his effort on the potential hattrick empty goal to seal the game was pretty pathetic. Step in the right direction but still has a long way to go.

I mean it’s the Jays. They deserve more coverage than the Canucks. $$Even more obvious when you realize the Blue Jays get a full 30 minute pre-game show, a 15 minute post-game recap, then are the lead for the immediate highlight show with post-game interviews.
