Bryson is actually playing pretty good since he was called up.
I saw him take the body a few times.
I saw him take the body a few times.
What happens first? His spirit is broken or Granato coaches him to forget how to play hockey like everyone else.Byram knows how to play hockey, don't worry Granato will put a stop to that
Since the trade
Byram 1-1-2
Mitts 0-0-0
He’s looks like a 1st or 2nd liner on the rush. The rest of his game? Not so muchPeterka is ridiculously weak on pucks ... he's quickly moving up my non-core asset list.
He's pretty much terrible as an all around player ... not a core piece and likely trade bait. He’s looks like a 1st or 2nd liner on the rush. The rest of his game? Not so much
Baby stepsAt least the Sabres got the goalie out of the net! Then proceeded to stand around and pass on the perimeter...no attacking anything.

I am really impressed with his play. Maybe he can help elevate Power and Dahlin.Byram looked great and the forwards showed that they are in need of dire, dire help this off-season.
I call that a perfect game.
Call him what you will. I call him trade bait.Grabner 2.0 at the moment. Or shooty Fiala.

After a full training camp and preseason with Donnie and his crew…he will look exactly like everyone else.Byram looks really good. Might be our best dman next season.
Once again...the big loser from white horse can't step up. He's truly an embarrassment to the Sabres uniform and is literally stealing $7M per year. Top 5 worst contract in hockey.
Perfect. Just in time to trade him away because we can't afford 3 D averaging 10 mil each.Byram looks really good. Might be our best dman next season.
If this coach makes it 2 days past the final game of the season I’m not watching a single second until he and his staff are gone
He’s a big part of why the season went down the tubes so quickly imo. Him and Skinner are some of the weakest top 6 LW in the leagueHe's pretty much terrible as an all around player ... not a core piece and likely trade bait.
Him and Skinner were out top 6 LW from day one, no? Has nothing to do with injuries imo.To be fair when everyone is healthy, most are probably slotted a line/role one level higher than they probably should be. Now with the injuries and Mitts trade, some of these kids are gonna get exposed in a big way.
