Oskar steen causing some trouble in the SHL. Got a thread on the main board about it.
Yes, bring him over for the playoffs. Not sure Steen did anything wrong, seemed like he played physical and took his guy to the board, right where the door was open.
I want the wild man who went into the bench on took on 8 guys
Let's not pretend that was a hockey play. "His guy" was nowhere near the puck and was clearly going off for a line change. He even waived his stick at the bench before Steen engaged him. For whatever reason, Steen decided he was going to ride that guy to the wall and when he sees the door is ajar he makes sure he pushes him through that too.Not sure Steen did anything wrong, seemed like he played physical and took his guy to the board, right where the door was open.

But he’s our pain in the ass. Marchy’s potential successor?Let's not pretend that was a hockey play. "His guy" was nowhere near the puck and was clearly going off for a line change. He's a world class pain in the ass doing what he's paid to do, start trouble.
Yeah, I'm a fan. I don't think he's skilled enough to be Marchy though. But he’s our pain in the ass. Marchy’s potential successor?
But what was Marchy when he first broke in? If the talent is there it will eventually come out. We”ll see, perhaps next season.Yeah, I'm a fan. I don't think he's skilled enough to be Marchy though.
You've got to be kidding! This coaching staff will beat that out of him! The Bruins actually believe they are comparable to the Caps and Bolts but are far behind in size, skill, and toughness and that is why they will NEVER beat either of those teams in a 7 game series. Caps have 4 D that play like they are 6'9" and that Bruins have 1 D that is 6'9" and plays like he is 5'9". Headman for the Bolts could stay on the ice for 60 minutes and the B's could not take advantage. All of the B's youngens have talent but are too soft and inexperienced to help them in the playoffs, IF and when the B's get there. Sweeney has to get a player who is hard on pucks and can score when given a chance and Defenceman who can actually skate and cleat the zone have to play. The fast Habs tonight schooled the B's defence tonight by just skating past them! I won't name names but anyone watching the game saw the crap show!Looking forward to when he does that to Mitch Marner
I'll say it again... Oskar Steen was born to play North American hockey.

They got 3 goals on 21 shots and of the Bruins 41 shots, maybe 5 - 6 were scoring chances. The Habs out hit and out chanced the Bruins last night and got 2 points out of it. The B's play the puck posesion game but don't pass well enough or at the right time to put fear into any apponent and that is why they give up so many shorties! My coach in midget hockey pounded into us to pass when we can - not when we have to and clear the zone first then worry about offence. We only lost 5 games that year. This team causes it's own problems by holding the puck too long in their own zone, goalies mishandling the puck or just not freezing it, or trying fancy passes in their zone that get picked off. If they cleaned that up they would actually be hard to play against. You talking about the what 21 shots on net by the blazing scabs? Bruins put the puck in the net its a blowout

This is his fifth year with Farjestad in the Swedish League. At age 21 at DC he should be ready for a contract and Providence assignment. When can he come to NA?
