League rules:

1) Don't glitch.

2) Don't do repetitive moves.

3) Backup goalies must play 13 games out of the 82.

4) No quitting in the middle of a game.

5) If a game is dropped, the game MUST be picked back up at the score and the allotted time as where the drop occurred.

6) Waivers are OFF. We will be using a waiver system ; PM/post here in game and if someone wants to claim they will post here. Lowest record/seed at the start of the next block will get them.

7) CPU must be enabled, but you CAN'T play them til the final day and last 2 hours of the block if you messaged them on the first day!

Trades:

No rules in trading ; just star players will be under scrutinized trade. No Crosby for Clarkson and a 1st. It's just not going to happen.


Free Agency:

No one year deals in Free Agency.

Not really sure what I want to do until I play a few games, but I do know that I'm in the market for a top-6 RW.

I also want to move one or two of Scuderi, Martin, Orpik, and possibly Niskanen.

I'd like to join as the Canucks but I have a question about waivers. How are we supposed to know what players we can send down that wouldn't require waivers? Say I want to send Jensen down. In real life he is waiver exempt but what if I don't know that?
