I believe that SnS said we are putting all real-life trades through.

So Smid to CGY as well.

Its actually not as bad in game as real life--Talbot is an 81 overall, Downie an 82. The game is a bit better for COL than the real-life version, though from what 'I've seen, Talbot has played well.
