I'd say Kiviranta for the Stars. He had his legendary moment in the bubble, but injuries nagged him all year. I think he has a decent shot of getting regular ice time with Seguin and either Gurianov or Radulov.

Ottawa:

Brannstrom, if they keep him, is probably going to go from 17 career points to like 30+ points next year.
Whoever grabs 2nd line center duties. White, Pinto, or Logan Brown are all options
Stutzle. 18 year old rookies who put up 0.55 ppg are pretty rare. Good possibility he becomes an offensive focus in his 2nd year.

I think Shane Pinto is gonna have a hell of a year. There's so much to like about his game. Such high hockey IQ. Could see him getting ~50 points next year if the Sens offense isn't too inept.

The one to look out for on the Flames is Andrew Mangiapane. He kind of already broke out but it was during shortened seasons, so the total counting stats don't look impressive. I think he will have over 50 points

After a bad season, I really think John Marino is going to step up and be an impactful player for us. He has all the tools you would want in a solid top 4 D. I was so impressed with him his rookie year and I thought he played pretty average last year.

Jack Hughes.
I think this guy has to the potential to become a top 10 player.
