Avs made it pretty clear that RNH is most definitely ATLEAST in their top two. They also operate BPA, so if Larsson goes 1, RNH is going 2.

My bold prediction is the same as the OP. Dougie Hamilton will be better than anyone else in this draft.

Slightly less bold: Boone Jenner is picked in the first round. Too much ceiling there to slip to the second.

There'd be a few good choices to pick in that range, but I'd personally love if it Burke drafted Duncan Siemens (Strome won't drop to 11). I know the Leafs have a lot of defense, but I don't see Aulie as Phaneuf's long-term partner, and I think Seimens would be perfect with him.

You're dreaming in technicolour. Ottawa wouldn't give up 13 spots (or a high 2nd rounder) to move up 1 spot, particularly with the Islanders needing a defenseman.
