Technically being added to the covid list, doesn't mean someone has covid. But it could be as simple of a situation that Pietrangelo had a meeting with the coach who tested positive, etc.

In the situation with the Capitals for example there are 4 players on the Covid list, but only their goalie (unless I missed another announcement) ended up testing positive
