Aside from a few scattered bad goals, he had been pretty good from January until that most recent Montreal game. He's fallen apart again ever since.

That second goal was pure laziness on his part. He had all the time in the world to get over and seal the post, instead he just stands sideways in the middle of the crease, protecting nothing. The puck going off his pad into the net was kind of unlucky, but if he hadn't been standing around watching the play it wouldn't have gone in.

I might've pulled him on that with how he's played lately.

I couldn't agree with this more. I know he isn't an athletic goalie, but his effort on several goals and near goals this season has been very questionable.

If I'm Hynes, I probably pull him if he has to make more than 3 saves.

Keep that save percentage nice and low, to make Hynes coaching look more victimized by Schneider's meh goaltending this year!
