This team easily has the potential to hit a bears level of ineptitude if they hire the wrong people to make big decisions

Stan was GM and essentially top of the org before being named VP... what exactly would there be to be done that the GM wouldn't already be in charge of. If you hire a hockey ops Pres and GM... what's the Hockey Ops president doing?

I don't even know who could be of interest as GM. I think it's not really possible to judge the work of an assistant GM for example.

They should bring back a guy who helped cover up sexual assault of a player leading to years of pain and suffering, costing Rocky millions (presumably), and dramatically tarnishing the franchise?

Perhaps it's the posts in last nights GDT in which the OP stated that Hagel is a 4th liner and another in which Dach should be sent to the AHL or ECHL.
