Yeah I picked up the game after not touching the series for a decade. It gets a little more normal (and fun) once you escape the hospital and get to free roam

All I know about MGSV is that there's some kind of genetic experiment super killer pornstar chick who is always nearly naked and stretching in compromising positions.

I'm enjoying MGSV so far. I feel like I'm on the verge of playing it obsessively, but I've been holding it at arms length a bit so I don't totally lose track of my Madden and MLB franchises.

Hmm I'm still half way through mgs4 I believe. I liked Ground Zeros but was lost on who was who because I didn't play Peacewalker I guess.

I didn't play Peace Walker until it came out in the PS3 HD collection package, but I'm kind of shocked at how important it turned out to be for the series both story and gameplay wise.

49-0 and i hear he's retiring? go 50-0 bro. Missed the fight, the link stopped working for me so i just played CSGO instead.

Dude I had PM'ed you several stream links on ATDHE that you could have chosen from once one stopped working as that's what I had to do. It's all good though, I fell asleep after the 1st Round of the Mayweather fight. According to a few boxing forums I'm on, we didn't miss anything apparently. Just another typical Mayweather potshotting, running, hugging, and getting a win via decision snoozefest. *Yawn* What a shocker!!! :sarcasm: :sarcasm: Good riddance. Let him retire and take his ego and boring fight style with him. Let the new guys like Canelo, GGG, etc. start a new (and hopefully more exciting) chapter of boxing.

Dat undercard last night though.....those three fights were solid. Martinez vs. Salido was a war!! :yo::yo:

Berto hasn't been a legit threat in the division for years. Clown move to fight him by Mayweather (then again, how many good fighters did he actually meet in their primes?). It's a shame. Undercard was good, though.

GGG vs Lemieux next month. I can't wait.

It feels a little more smooth than 15 did, it also feels like you're more in control of your player. It still has some weirdness, though. I had the computer's defensemen get caught up on the back of the net a bunch of times.

Morale seems like it's going to be one of those good ideas on paper that EA goes crazy with because "look at this! It's new!"

You sign a free agent and their morale drops instantly because they have anxiety about joining a new team. It's great because the little morale bubble pops up simultaneously with the player saying he's extremely happy to sign the contract you offered.

Oh yeah any time they introduce something it's a mess because it's over the top. They make bap any better? Haven't played since nhl 12.

I want to easily create an entire team. Every time I did it in NHL 12 or 13 I would end up having the copy of the player I put on a team and then another copy of the player as a free agent.

Do AI defenders still treat the slot like it's lava? Is it possible to cleanly pick up a dump-in without coming to a full stop and waiting for your player to wave his stick at it a few times?

It seems easier to pick up loose pucks for sure.

Your AI teammates are still pretty useless, there are still those times when you know you're going to scored on because the other team is moving the puck around your zone like the Russian Five.

Be a Pro is different, I only played one game so I can't say if it's better.
