It just never clicked for me, though I never gave it a ton of chances. I think I was just tiring of that type of humor at the time. Sealab 2021 sorta wore me down as it went on after being a revelatory show for me early on.

Man, it is hard not to be a fun-crashing cynical ******* on Facebook during award shows.

It really feels like I'm the only person in LA who doesn't go crazy over that crap on nights like this.

If, by some odd happenstance, I wind up winning an award sometime my acceptance speech would be something along the line of, "Cool, thanks." I also hate it when people use winning an award to make a contrarian speech about how little it means to them, get over yourself Fiona Apple.
