I think Ottawa does. Their prospect pool is just good and deep. It is deep because they didn't force their kids into the NHL over the last two years.

Future Watch, 2019. Ottawa had Brannstrom 11, Bathereson 27, Formenton 38, Norris 52, Bernard Docker 68, Logan Brown 69.

Of that group, they are all in the NHL this year except JBD (1gp) and Brown (bust) and that group is not only looking playing, they are succeeding.
