I am debating going down for the Sat game too. It looks like the Sens brought a tonne of players.

I wonder who they are sitting for the Sat game. I’d hate to drive down and have 2 of Brown , Norris, and EB sit in the press box. Sat feels like a marquee game but I assume all the players will play at some point and they don’t play many games.

There are so many prospects that I’d like to get a viewing of, that it doesn’t matter too much. Obviously I’d like to see the big names, but it also gives a chance to get a viewing of guys I haven’t seen much of like Davidsson and Gruden.

That and it’s early September, just pumped hockey’s back baby

So Englund got cut from the NHL camp and didn't even get invited to the AHL one?

Weird but, like Bonk pointed out in another thread, he has plateau'd hard. Might as well cut him loose, he isn't going to get any better.

EDIT: nevermind, seems the webpage is out-of-date!

damn what a bust

Its a shame the NHL was transitioning to speed on the blueline and phasing our physical stay at home defensemen

If Reinhart played in the 90s... he’d have had himself a career

Belleville pre-season action today...

Roster notes
The Senators have taken 24 players to Laval for preseason and have left seven at home. Nick Paul, Jordan Szwarz, Jack Rodewald, Andreas Englund, Jordan Murray, Hubert Labrie and Alex Dubeau didn’t make the trip to Quebec.

No indication on who will start in goal for the Sens but Marcus Hogberg, Filip Gustavsson and Joey Daccord travelled.

Where to watch
Saturday’s game starts at 3pm but although it will not be available on AHLTV, you can watch the game HERE. Follow the Belleville Sens on twitter for live updates.

Looks like Laval will be streaming the game if people want to watch.
