Seriously? Greening in and Hoffman out? Condra I thought had an excellent game.
And two games in a row with Cowen scratched? Are we sure there's not an injury involved?

WTH is Greening doing in there? Condra had a great game last time out and deserves another one 100%

So wait Condra showed up, hoffman has been generating consistent scoring opportunities, but somehow Greening draws in?

Hoffman is a LW, Greening is a LW
Lazar is a C/RW, Condra is a RW

Not all that unexpected. Although I probably would have stuck with Condra in this game considering how well he played in the last one.

Well at least MacLean's picked the right set of defencemen. No idea why he thinks, respectively, that Neil and Greening or Michalek are better choices than Condra and Hoffman.

Christ, Condra and Hoffman out? Mac's decisions are already becoming mindboggling

We lost. For real.

Could be showcasing Greening. Everything points to this guy not having a place on the team going forward. It would be hard for other teams that are potentially interested in him to scout him if he doesn't play. Hopefully this is a case of patience being rewarded.

I understand Michalek, even in a down year we can hope he starts getting going and nets 18-20 goals. I can understand Neil as we know the opposing players won't start running around..but Greening? oh man..there is seriously no upside to giving him ice time. Hoffman showed he can score,Condra plays a very good defensive role,Lazar could use as much experience as he can get and could break out sooner rather than later. There are better solutions not only on the team right now but even down in Bingo.

Are these practice lineups or announced starting lineups for the next game?

Hey, we scored one goal against the powerful FLA D. Let's sit a goal scorer for a plug. Makes sense to me.

Makes you wonder if this is an effort to recover what they thought they had in Greening. Legwand mission: support Greening on weak forecheck, try to get him the puck.
