Pogba is actually a decent candidate but since people want him to score 2 goals a game, he disappoints them.

I think Mbappe will win it.

Do you know who votes for it? The media at least the ones I follow are hyping him up so much. If it is the media voting, I have a hard time seeing anyone other than Mbappé or Pogba winning.

A bit unrelated, but will Lloris still get the best goalkeeper award after that awful mistake?

Courtois is probably the next best choice, I would think.

So one mistake costs him the award? That would be like saying De Gea is no longer one of the best in the world cause he didn’t have a good tournament.

Subasic could have but he had a bad final too.
Given that his mistake had no consequence, I'm guessing Lloris will win it still.

Problem is that in soccer one mistake can have MASSIVE consequences.

What if the score was 2-1 or 1-1 when it happened? Would you feel the same way?
