Very encouraging to see his doing well on the other side of the pond but I will reserve judgement until he comes over to North America and see how he can adjust to the play over here.

He should do well...numbers like that in Liiga at 18 years old are pretty epic. He doesn't turn 19 until March 15.

He has some grit and played mostly a defensive role last yr in Karpat at 17...and has elite speed...and good size.
Of course judgement should be reserved, but he's probably the best King forward prospect since Kopitar.

Could be, but let's hope we get a better one in the 2019 draft. :)

It would be nice if Vilardi can stay healthy for an extended period of time, so we can get a better idea on him.

Good news and bad news for Kupari....the good news - he's been invited to play on the Finnish National Team! He's still 18. Quite the feat.

The bad news - saw some blurb and cannot find it now - that he was injured last game and will be out 2-3 weeks. So, he is a King!

man.. the compete level

twice the average NHL game where everyone's being paid millions more

That kind of pass/assist has burned us multiple times this season. Nice to have someone in the pipeline with the brain/speed of thought to actually execute that in a game.

He is not that good. Finnish dorks post highlights of their own drafted players all the time. Heponiemi has actually little bit of talent, Kupari none

This kind of conflicts with what just about every reputable draft analysis we've heard about him. None of them had him going outside of the first round, I find that surprising for a player with no talent...

Still trying to figure out if this is a troll post or not.

Actually Kupari was a top 5 talent at one point then he went through a growth spurt and struggled to adapt until this season where he was making great use of his added size!

Kupari will be a very good player, he is progressing very well. Needs to play with similar talent though.
