I don't blame Vasilevskiy for that goal. The puck took a funny bounce on him, and then he lost sight of it because of that. More of an unlucky goal than anything.

Bishop's injury was a huge turning point in this series. Vasilevsky isn't ready for the big time.

What? Uhh, no. He's been good. And before that goal, was the only thing keeping them in this game.

Malkin and the Penguins team are just major pieces of ****. Every opportunity to do something dirty they do. Why did Malkin nail Killorn after the goal? Just ridiculous.

Vasilevskiy has not looked out of place since coming in for Bishop. Nothing special maybe, but there is no out-of-this-world goaltending going on in any series this post-season.

Sullivan's done a great job.

Look at that defense. They have 3 top 4 defenseman, and the rest are interchangeable #6 defenseman. The Torts defensive system really helps their defenseman out.

They also have the energy forwards needed to play that system, and then they have a few star offensive players.

Its not the most talented team, they just play differently from how they have in the past.

Outside of Letang, they have a no frills defence and "decent" goaltending. This is the result when the forwards backcheck like they're supposed too while playing within the system.

NYR forwards defensively were MIA all season. It's not just all on the dmen..
