Jimmy may just be one of those guys who can only be serviceable in apathetic markets. By the stat lines at least, he was reasonably productive in Florida.

Well, not anymore I guess. I think based on the first 2 games Leafs must be frontrunners to win the division.

So...to sort of take a breathe here. Bruins win home opener against cup runners up. Pens have 10 goals put on them in game 1. Rangers lose to Colorado at home. Ottawa drop their home opener. Price has let 4 in in the first period. Rangers are down by 4 in the 1st period.

This season kicks ass already. Montreal are a train wreck, Hank isnt saving New York’s butt, lets goooooo

Easy tiger, Rangers were rubbish against Colorado (okay not rubbish, Varlarmov was a Vezina finalist that day) and the Leafs beat a Jets team that didnt show up.

I'm glad Leafs D still sucks since their offence is dynamite. They can probably outscore themselves out of trouble on most nights, but some of the stronger defensive teams in the league might cause them trouble.
