FWIW....another player from PEI population[140,000] makes his NHL debut tonight . Josh Currie for the Oilers . He played Quebec junior and went undrafted . Has had a great season for Bakerfield this year . So...that makes 3 in the last year from PEI pipeline to NHL...Ross Johnston /Isles , Zack MacEwen /Canucks and now Currie . All these guys went undrafted . Pretty long odds for the trio .
