Looks to be a complete changing of the guard this year. Could be because the younger players are easier to get going after a long layoff.

It seems more that the teams who play with structure and discipline are the ones having more success than the ones who think getting by on skill alone can win you series.

I imagine it will have to be structured like this with 4 weeks in a bubble then back home for 2 weeks then 4 weeks in a bubble kind of thing.

Then you stagger the bubbles so there is always hockey.

Plugged in person told me there won’t be an announcement for the start of next season until they can see where things like vaccines and mitigations land so they can have fans. Until then they’re not playing. May not be until January.
