I don't know to be honest. AA is better, but they retained 50% and he's a pure rental. I could see maybe a 2nd, but I don't think they will get a 1st.

very true, and my post wasn't suggesting a first, but I think we could get a 2nd rounder/decent prospect if that is the route we want to take...OR...get something back of immediate value which I would prefer, a younger player like Milano or Wennberg/etc...I think the Hagelin trade is a good gauge for us when it comes to AA, there is a market there still, we should get something back for a guy that plays center and wing, and does penalty kill as well...

AA not being a rental, not being a cap hit of 2mil, being slow, and not having a lot of recent playoff experience makes him less valuable around the league, IMO.

Scott Stevens was shaking on NHL Tonight he was so mad...the man literally was shaking and said this is why that franchise is where they are at, you DO NOT sit your players UNLESS traded.

are they going to sit them again tonight??? I mean they have another game before the deadline, if there is a deal in place I get it, so announce the deal...they haven't done any of that just sat their top 3 forwards..I can't recall the last time I have seen that.
