After the CBJ killed a penalty in OT against the Blackhawks tonight, the Hawks got called for too many men with 18.1 seconds left.

About 1.1 ticked off the clock after the whistle, which the officials refused to put back on.

The Jackets then scored at the very end of overtime about two-tenths of a second after the green light came on.

It goes to a shootout, and CBJ #1 Joonas Korpisalo allows a goal on the first shot, and gets injured in the process.

He leaves, rookie G comes in and the game is lost.

That's quite the non-explanation by Campbell. If you watch the game, you can see they clearly f***ed up. Torts is right, the NHL needs to get it's shit together, the reffing is awful.

Controversy seems to follow Dan O'Halloran like a lost puppy. He was also involved in that memorable Game 7 between Vegas and San Jose, and was subsequently dropped from the remainder of the playoffs. Good for you Torts, and f*** you very much Colin Campbell for that wonderful explanation.
