Saw a pretty bad street fight last night when I was out and about. Haven’t been involved in that type of stuff for a few years now so I forgot how bad they look when you actually see them. This drunk dude got hit in the face as hard as I’ve ever seen someone get hit, immediately knocked out, and fell to the ground.

I’m not a young single guy anymore so I tend to avoid the types of place where that stuff can easily happen, but if any of you guys are younger and still in situations where a bunch of people are out drunk, do your best to avoid the fight. Always. It doesn’t make you a p***y. Say what you need to say and stand up for yourself, but always try and avoid it.

I’ve lost fights and won fights and it’s not fun either way. The guy that got knocked out, best case he has a concussion. Looked like he fell on the side of his head and not the front or back, but I hear stories all the time about how dudes end up having to do serious jail time because they hit a guy and he falls headfirst into the street or a curb and they die. Even if we’re not talking extremes...pretty easy to break your hand if you don’t know what you’re doing. Pretty easy for some guy’s friend you don’t see to sucker punch you from the side and break your jaw, knock your teeth out, etc...

i will go even further...... the cost of going to jail trumps everything.... esp if you get into a rough jail cell.

now comes the $$$$ you will have to pay of hospital bills and lawyers and in today's society..... pay civil law suits.

@x Tame Impala juiced about 30 grapefruits yesterday to make Palomas last night with some Don Julio Reserva. Made sure to make them strong enough to not take too much away from the tequila.

Not that it’s the best tequila ever or anything, but a pretty decent bottle. I think $50-60 ish.

I didn't even know here was a Reserva. You're not talking about the 70, right? How fun was it juicing all those grapefruits

It's a problem i haven't figured out how i want to deal with yet at home. I love having fresh lemon and lime juice but it takes a while to get all that juice

i did a binge watching of a new for me TV series, called Hunter. main star is Al Pacino. if you are a fan of AP then its like watching 10 tv movies of him. each esp is 1 1/2 hours long, 10 episodes.

it is ok and some good really good history notes in the series which i had to look up.

Yeah, there was some controversy around this series the other day. Read an article about it. There was a scene that Holocaust organizations did not like being included due to it not being historically accurate.

I haven't watched it yet, but I'm definitely interested, as I'm a huge history buff, and especially military history. It's on my short list of things to watch soon.

as i mention, in Hunter they mention some new facts with ref to historical events that i never even heard of. that blew me out of the water and i study everything i can on history.
