I will say, I think Josh Anderson can and will be a really special player, but for what the Jackets have and need, he was just a little too redundant for the franchise.

That said, what is Domi's ask? Bet the salary difference between the two going into next season is why the Habs had to add.

Domi had 72 points in 82 games in 18-19 while Anderson had 27 goals that season.

Both had a weaker year this season, but Anderson had an awful year.

Given the issues with re-signing him, getting Domi and a pick for Anderson is just amazing

I'm not a huge Domi fan although this is technically incredible "value" for us. Josh was the quintessential "CBJ/Torts" player. It's sad that everything came to this. Loved that guy, and now I'm sure I'm going to hate him.

Considering there was a mention of Anderson and CBJ going to arbitration, it wasn’t going well at all. At least Domi doesn’t have the injury issue.
