I am too against the term but I do think he will be able to evolve his game into a Brian Boyle type at end of deal which isn’t worth 7 million but also is more useful than Ladd

Considering some of the contracts being handed out today. 7M for a proven 40 goal scorer, and respected Captain is one of the better deals of the day. Good job by Lou and the Isles here, and Lee for taking the team discount to stay on the Island! Win win for both.

Glad to have Lee back, it's a bit of an overpayment but I'm sure Lou can make this contract go away if Anders sucks in a few years.
