Would be nice if the Rangers could take some pressure off of him. Trouba is not the guy to do it. Fox is not a skating horse like Duncan Keith or Doughty were in their prime. Too many hard minutes for him.

That's supposed to be Miller. Lets hope he takes another step next year.

Still, I can't see any way that Karlsson doesn't win this. Leetch like 30 years ago was the last d-man to eclipse 100 pts and that number will be too hard to ignore, regardless of purely defensive abilities.

he needs more time, not less

what that time looks like (ie penalty kill, pp, etc) could use some work. it would be great if trouba was actually a shut down D and not a pilón.

All 6 defenseman would look much better if the organizational philosophy since AV hadnt been "give up your own blue line."

That's what I meant. We shouldn't be relying on him so heavily on the PK, and giving him some easier matchups and o zone starts would be nice too.
