Basically have a guy who's a perennial Norris candidate and a guy who's a perennial Vezina candidate. And both are relatively young. Should be plenty to build around there.

Makar was injured and played in less than 80% of Colorado’s regular season games.
Erik Karlsson and the other four of his teammates would have to be on the ice and score 26 more goals without allowing any scored against just to have a +/- of zero.
Seems to be missing the defense in the word defenseman.

No. this is complete nonsense fueled by his rough last half of the playoffs. He was excellent all year except for two weeks after the all-star break. Nothing substantiates this claim he was only good half the year
