So hey remember how people were saying there aren't absurd double standards?
Provorov, never benched.
Hagg, completely immune.
Gudas, perfectly fine.
Sanheim, icetime increasing constanty.
But Ghost? One mistake and he's out.

. These idiots couldn't have misused him worse this year if they actively tried. An elite defensemen, wasted.people gonna be upset, when they keep gordo,and trade ghost.
So he made two huge blunders in a game and he's now scratch worthy. I doubt it. I bet it's 7 d again with Ghost being number 7. They are all but done with the playoffs. It's time to test things for future.

Two goals against due to him last game... But keep saying one mistake. By the way Subban had the same done to him by Montreal.
And before you say double standard again. Ghost has been horrid in the D zone with anyone but Provorov before this year. This year it's been bad everywhere. They are trying to coach some (not all) of the gambling out of him. It's not the freaking end of the world.

They ended up trading him for an older inferior defensemen on a terrible contract.
He straightened out because of the tough love Montreal and Nashvile gave him and became a Norris winner. That is the point.

He’s the same player he is now as he was then. They just devalued him for prehistoric reasons & ended up taking a bath on him.

As long as it is Sanheim being given a trial run on the top ppunit it's okay. Just be happy it isn't Provorov

The first part is fully correct. He was on the ice when Brown scored and he had him marked. Morin goes and covers the play behind the net since Ghost had Brown marked. Then Ghost loses Brown and boom goal against.
The second goal on him the the pass right across the front of the net with not one but two Leafs between him and any teammate in the path of that pass. Chip up the boards is the right play there.

They're not even trying to win games at this point.
One of the best PP forwards in the league is still on the wrong side and now removing one of the best PP defensemen.
