effort was there, scoring chances were there but I thought we were not gritty enough around the net for 2nd or 3rd opportunities . Should have screen more, a lot of low point shots, look for rebounds and 2nd chances, crash the net..

They obviously don’t suck, but they won’t get that netminding for seven games. That was sensational from Rask tonight. We win that game 9 out of 10 times.

My worry is that we now go into a game we’re likely to lose in Tampa on Thursday too. Suddenly it’s 2 defeats and four tough games to follow. Don’t want the mentality to change.

Hard to be upset about that loss. Was bound to happen eventually, they played quite well against a very good team, and they hit a goalie who wasn't gonna give up any goals tonight. Happens.

A PK goal and a weak one by Hart... unfortunate. Goaltending was the difference tonight. Hart was good, but Rask was better.

Ghost was fantastic (4th best xGF% on the entire team, best of all D)
Sanheim was great
The top line deserved some goals
Hart was great other than the 2nd goal
2nd line was horrendous

Wut? A lot of times we trailed 1-0. We had comeback in CBJ maybe only three weeks ago. This team can do anything. But yes, Therrien should fix 6-on-5 lineup. But we know that Therrien is shit.

Rask was fantastic. We outgoalied them on saturday and tonight we were outgoalied. It happens.
With no JVR, we need someone to get in front of goalie's vision and rebound.
Ghost game 1 no complaints. He is getting a month to play and good start. I might not have the love for Ghost as others in here but it doesn't mean I don't want to see Ghost playing well, in for playoffs and Hagg is out.

The Flyers have been shit in the first period for most of the season and have have won 13 games after giving up the first goal.

This is more like the Canucks under AV than the Rangers.
