Far be it for me to give any criticism to Lehner but man does he love to give up rebounds. Don't mean to nitpick because he has been absolutely great but I'm surprised the rebounds really haven't bit him in the a**.

He steers them to safe areas, it’s actually a skill. Brodeur was a master at this.

Whereas Greiss erratically spits them out.

Yep. Lehner is nowhere near as bad as Greiss is with rebounds. He also can get to pucks that Greiss can seemingly never get to when a scramble ensues around the net. Greiss isn't good at getting the whistle to settle things down, Lehner is.

Agreed, composure is Lehner’s theme that runs through all facets of his game.

Laterally though, Greiss has him beat.

And you can tell the difference. Everybody should pay attention to the next game Greiss plays, often times he makes the first save but he needs to be saving more rebounds. The rebounds Lehner give up are deflected into the corner or in places the opposition are not in.
