Haha! I was in college then in NC and had to get all my information from my parents sending me the Inquirer newspaper clippings. Ugh, there was no hope back then. A bunch of crappy players. At least with this team, we can say we have some hope for a future.

I was such a dork. I read literally every character about hockey the Morning Call printed. Top 10 stats were a rare treat. They always had the box scores though. I read every goal scorer, assist getter, penalty, even the attendance at the bottom. And I did it in my head in Mike Emerick's voice.
