This team needs a shakeup in the locker room. Lack of game readiness is becoming a pattern.
I love our prospects because they will add youth and speed and a fresh mind but they are too young to have any influence off the ice.

Remember when Timonen and Hartnell joined, Briere or Pronger come onboard? That changed the whole character of the team. Need that badly!!!
