They weren't playing us. I'd feel even more confident with Staal back though.

Use McD and G to cool Ov off. Outside of their top 4 forwards, there's not much there. OV, Backstrom, and Ribs are top priority. Staal makes all of that much easier.

The key to this series is going to be staying out of the box and pressing hard on the forecheck. We'll need to own the puck, and clog the hell out of the neutral zone on transition.

Nash will be a no show. Richards will still be our best forward in the post season.

Richards has a habit of picking up his play down the stretch for us. 6 goals 10 assists 16 points in 14 games with us in April heading into the post season. Coincidence? He'll be the x-factor. Not Nash.
