Hawks are a different animal in the postseason. Always have been.
Been to every game in the post season between them. Honestly the first year I had hopes it work. Last year just killed me
I want redemption damnit lol

You nailed it. The second year matchup, I really started believing it could happen. It made last year sting...still does. A part of me wants nothing to do with them. But then the other part of me is like, "Let's just keep doing this even if it takes 10 postseasons. We have to beat them at some point, right?"Been to every game in the post season between them. Honestly the first year I had hopes. 2 years ago, I was like "damn we may do this" and last year I felt like my wife cheated on me.

We are a long way from playing the Hawks again in the playoffs. First half to win as a big underdog vs.Dallas or St. Lou.
Regardless of the standings and seeds, we aren't an underdog against St. Louis. I also think the Wild would fare well against the Stars, but they don't have enough of a track record with their current club to really make a judgment yet, IMO.
A little late to the party, but I'm curious about something, since I unfortunately had the Hawks' feed last night. Does anybody remember: on Hossa's SH goal, what the hell happened to one of our players in the offensive zone (couldn't tell who), who as Chicago made their breakout pass, was lying down on the ice, and then as they entered our zone, he could be seen doubled over on his way to our bench?
The Chicago commentators were obviously beside themselves on how awesome it was to get a shorty, blah blah blah, when to me it looked like one of our guys got interfered with away from the play to artificially create a 4 on 4.
