Man, I’m not used to the Big Ten crushing it.

One year does not make a trend but and this is a big BUT, the Alston ruling, NIL and the money generated by the big programs will have a HUGE IMPACT even in college hockey and this may be just year one of the new reality/alignment. The question use to be how will the smaller schools compete, now the question is how will any school compete against the Big10 if you are not B.U. B.C, NoDak and Denver??????

Let's hope St Cloud pulls an upset over Minny (sorry Goph fans...just looking out for the betterment of the game).

Yeah, they was my wife’s and my hunch as well when the results started taking shape. Hopefully the Big Ten doesn’t have that much of an advantage, at least not until the Illini get a team.

and hey, a meaningfully compelling close game just ended as BU punched yet another Frozen Four ticket for them.
