For Sweden, Lysell, Edvinsson, Sjoholm, and Rosen are looking like the top end of their roster.
Lysell: Small, quick, great puck handler. Pulled off a couple of good passes. Soft and easily pushed to the perimeter. Avoiding contact and not making smart plays consistently - a couple of times going for the nice play rather than the smart one.
Edvinsson: f***ing big. Really strong skater. Plays Canada's rushes pretty well and has gotten the puck out of trouble. Not Hedman or Ekblad 2.0, a rank below that.
Sjoholm: Good skater and makes smart decisions with the puck. Stepped up on Othmann with a big hit (though it led to a goal). Makes good decisions with his pinches and puts the puck in the right place. I don't see much creativity, but he's effective and smart. I like him.
Rosen: Good skater, good size, one of the few forwards doing anything for Sweden. A couple of strong plays off the rush that created chances. Noticeable which says a lot for Sweden.
Robertsson: Skates pretty well, very strong support in the defensive end. Seems like a good two-way guy, hard to gauge offence this game.
