Not true. Tatum's isn't actually the 'SuperMax'. He just got the rookie extension max (5 yrs/$195M). Giannis got the actual SuperMax (5 yrs/$228M). Tatum won't qualify for the SuperMax until his next contract (needs 7 or 8 years of service for that).
