Man, the way Cernak morphed into what he is now is such a TB development story. He wasn't even on the radar, and consistently had great camps. I remember HF user reports saying he stood out more than Sergachev. Then he came to the NHL and played like a 10 year vet right out of the gate.
Fun fact that some of us might not remember:, We got him for Ben Bishop, when it looked like the market for Ben had gone dry. Talk about a diamond in the rough. Ben didn't even stay in LA, yet Cernak is still here as arguably our #3, #4 at worst.
