Mixed feelings. He is a dynamic player. A good player. I like that. Gave us fits in the 2020 WJC.

However, Belarus is extremely unreliable when it comes to prospect development. They only have one top level pro team. All their prospects go there and get buried, never get a chance to develop. We need to keep Oksentyuk stateside no matter what his agent or his family wants.
