We had like 8 Zajacs at one point but not all on the NHL squad.
There were three more hockey playing Zajacs and we had two in Albany together, Kelly and Darcy. We had like 8 Zajacs at one point but not all on the NHL squad.
We didn't have any prospects in the game, but I was watching North Dakota / Denver tonight and Steve Cangialosi was doing (remote) PBP with Dave Starman on CBS Sports. They did another college game a few weeks back too.
UND has a couple of interesting undrafted free agents: LD Matt Kiersted and LW Jordan Kawaguchi. Both turned down ELCs to return for their senior years. Just from a handful of viewings, I'd think Kiersted is the more likely of the two to be an NHLer. Kawaguchi sniped a nice one tonight, but he's undersized and not really a burner.
Nice to see him putting up some points. Seems he may have been playing through a minor back issue at the WJC that flared up upon return.2 more assists today for Holtz
2 more assists today for Holtz
Holtz is listed as being on a line with Eklund, who returned this game minus an appendix, but they may moved him back with Ostman in the 3rd because that when they scored. They post individual players ice times later on these box scores.2 more assists today for Holtz

Djurgardens - Rogle 3:5
No, it say's he left the game to go eat meatballs.Does this say William Eklund assembles post-modern birch laminated furniture?
Eklund left the game after running into the open bench door.
My brain: Cangy is doing the PBP remotely.
Also my brain: I wonder if he flew to Denver for the game on an off day.
Mercer has scored 8 min into QMJHL return to play.
Believe Talvitie had a slow start IIRC but he's picked up
Why so long???
