Not sure how they could fit Springer, Gurriel, Hernandez, Grichuk and Brantley...unless a trade is coming.

I would have to imagine one of Grichuk or Gurriel is gone.

If they can swing a trade for a decent value pitcher i could say Gurriel would be the guy to go. Grichuk can somewhat hit for power and that's about it so if they want to dump a guy outright it'll be him.

I think the Phillies will eventually resign JT. They allegedly offered him a 9 digit contract the other day and he is running out of options. Unless he takes a one year deal and tries again next season, which is risky.

Would hate to see Lourdes Jr. get traded but we should be able to get a GREAT return for him, and like you said, pitching is a need.

Grichuk I'm happy to dump just to change it up, maybe get a decent bullpen arm.

Honestly I'd rather have the Mets get JBJ and Brad Hand vs. Bauer. CF and the bullpen are bigger holes to fill. The rotation as is should be enough to get by if they take the JBJ/Hand path.
