Yanks wanted him back. It was his decision Yanks or home. He chose home which is fair enough.

Interesting. I assumed it was the Yanks who didn’t want to pony up a strong enough offer to keep him. I guess maybe with the pandemic and all that he just feels more comfortable being at home.
