Christian Tsukamoto, South Shore (MHL), to RMC

This brings RMC's recruiting class to 11 players, including 5th Round NHL Pick Chris Paquette from Peterborough, with only 4 notable graduating players.

The RMC team that *just* missed the playoffs in 18-19, and waxed Queen's 5-1 in the Carr-Harris Cup, will be much deeper in 19-20, and will feature the return of 2017-18 USports All-Rookie Team Riley Brandt, who missed all of last season due to injury.

RMC will make the playoffs, and will put a good scare into some higher-ranked teams.
That would be a nice change. I just want them to beat Army.

Nice way to open the new rink, with a depleted team and 3 of the new recruits are basically Tier 2 players.

Agreed - losing these three is tough. They were the top three Goal scorers for the team (44 total - 38% of the teams goals) and the only players with more than 9 (UNB had 8 players with 10 or more goals).

Looking back you can see an uptick in goals by SMU with Garlent and Berisha starting in 2016-17 (97), then it grew to 118 the next season with the addition of Coughler and leveled out to 115 this past season.

It's going to be hard to replace that much offence - a real blow to SMU's momentum over the past three seasons.

St. FX named their recruiting class...J Raaymakers, J Addison, D Smith, R Sandilands.

Who exactly are they losing now that Tremaine is back? Cook (Ryerson), Marchand (pro), and Stevens (graduation) for sure. Are Hoyles and Pancel done?

Per Twitter - Maaskant and Harper coming back to Acadia. Harper will depend on what happens at Buffalo Sabres camp.

Been hearing that Maaskant and Harper would be back since graduation... good to see that it’s actually coming to fruition, as there was rumblings they both may be on the move within the AUS.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Harper goes pro this year and not comeback to play at Acadia

Rumour was Harper looked at AUS/OUA transfer options

Maaskant was pretty set on coming back to Acadia unless AHL deal came up

Is Mitchell Wheaton expected to play this season?

Honestly, I’m not sure they have really improved based on their additions/subtractions this summer. They better hope some of their young guys take the next step this year.

Having said all that, they still finished with a bronze medal last year despite all their rookies + everything they went through.
