The Jets not only ruin football for me, they ruin fantasy football for me.

Some scrub gives Parker a concussion and that ends my season.

I'm really in an abusive relationship with my sports rooting interests.

Gase is a moron, that's a given at this point. But woof, Darnold has been awful today. So many missed throws.

I still can't believe how preposterous it is that the Jets have already given Gase the green light into next season. He's potentially about to lose twice to a team that's trying to lose.

Buffalo's coach failed math. They just went for 2 points down 9 with little time left. Yes, if they kick the extra point they still need to go for 2 with another TD, but you never risk "ending the game" unless you have to. Just a poor decision.

Something I'll never figure out is why Bilal Powell never got a chance to be a feature back

The Jets I think figured he was too injury prone to handle feature back carries. I'm almost surprised they kept him around this year after getting Bell and Montgomery, they at least know his value enough not to street him entirely though.

Darnold was good in the first half but then scary bad after that stupid pick in the third quarter. He's flat out lucky that he didn't throw a pick-six to end the game on the last drive AND that the NFL new rule on reviewing PI bailed us out big-time after he took a dumb sack the play earlier.

Hard to say what would have happened at the end or in OT but Sean Payton decision to go for 2 in the first quarter led to Niners FG winning game instead of tying it.
True but that happened so early in the game, it would have been played differently if they converted that or just did the one point. Every one action has a different se events taking place afterwards.

I have to imagine the chart he follows doesn’t say go for it in the first quarter when you haven’t missed any earlier extra points. It was one of those gut calls that he makes when he is particularly arrogant that come back to haunt him typically.

Fantastic game nonetheless. The creativity of the two teams was on display for every quarter. I never changed the channel lol.

What the hell??? :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Still, the "wind blows" comment by Costello is dumb-as-f*ck. I can understand why he threw him out.

I imagine he will be in a much better mood tomorrow, especially after the Jets win over Miami AND the fact that their draft position, interestingly enough, hasn't changed as they are still at #9.

Eli has a lot left in the tank. Give him a good O line and he is better than half of this league.

The Giants would be leading the NFC East if they just left Manning in there instead of the rookie. To be fair, it's not like they could have known the Cowboys would implode & pretty much the entire Eagles team would get injured, but still it was a dumb move.

May have an extra win or two but this team is HORRIBLY coached, tonight is the perfect example. Giants were abusing the Eagles secondary then Pat decides to plays it safe in the second half and goes away from that. Hes a joke.

Wow; given this Eagles comeback that TD they got robbed of in the 1st Quarter with the phantom penalty looms large. :(

I get what he was trying to do though, they had a 14 point lead somewhat into the 3rd Quarter, so they decided to just kill the clock. That strategy often works well.

You can't possibly believe that. Manning is a statue and the O-line is a turnstile.

The Eagles are overrated.
