Also it’s a Saturday night in early September and we’re arguing in a hockey chat room.
Pretty much says it all
I don't know if this was meant as a compliment but I'm sure as shit taking it as one!HFB Flyers Civil War. Striiker is our Spider-man.
I''m not sure how to ask this but.Current Spidey
Yes indeed! We're all guilty... together... as a big stupid family of idiots who all care too much about this damn team.
PS. that's my first "like" in 3+ months. lol

How do I get to like things? I use to be able to but 6 months ago that stopped.Yup but as of one hour ago, I'm free.
Avoid making anyone want to *get* you.How do I get to like things? I use to be able to but 6 months ago that stopped.
Do you see the hypocrisy here?
If you're going to try to use this to invalidate concerns/pessimism about the move then you also have to use it to invalidate praise/optimism.
You missed my point.
Again, if you're saying that not seeing the results of these actions means people shouldn't be "negative" about them then you also can't be "positive" about them. If the unknown should stop people from having opinions, then it works both ways. You have to be consistent.
I agree that people should be optimistic about this season, but you were the one that said that having opinions about the moves before we see the result is wrong.
Nothing sums up the reasoning behind my current mindset regarding the team better than this. Its a ****ing huge deal for me lol.
I don't know if this was meant as a compliment but I'm sure as **** taking it as one!
Current Spidey is great.
Again, this is being hypocritical, inaccurate, and accomplishes nothing but making conversations impossible.only people i see getting outraged are the ones who need to constantly complain about Braun, Fletcher, etc.
how about we listen to the ones who have seen him play hundreds of games over those who haven't? sound good?
when did i ever say this? i'm just saying i don't get the constant negativity this early. never that an opinion is "wrong". you can say whatever you want. even if it makes no sense.
there's no real reason why anyone should be complaining right now. we haven't played a game yet, not even in pre-season. we don't even know what the lines will be yet. .
It’s a Tuesday morning in late January. You’re drunk.
Again, this is being hypocritical, inaccurate, and accomplishes nothing but making conversations impossible.
There's no "outrage", there's no "constant negativity", or any of these other exaggerations. People dislike specific moves. That's all. The only reason it keeps getting talked about is because people keep trying to say that these concerns are invalid or make exaggerations like you are right here, which just starts the argument over again.
We have people in this fanbase who have watched Giroux play hundreds of games and still think he's a declining PP specialist and a bad captain.
Watching a lot of games doesn't guarantee anything.
You said people shouldn't complain about the moves because we haven't seen them play yet.
Right here:
Nope. We’re gonna fight.
Nope. We’re gonna fight.
Meet me in the TGIFridays parking lot in 1 hour.
There wasn't a point at which Dave Hakstol was demonstrably the worst coach in the league. Nor was he ever a good coach and moving on was definitely the right call.
Do we have to go so overboard? Or doesn't that count as being negative since he's not a Flyer anymore?
