For some reason Frölunda isn't playing him at center, he's played RW in all the games I've seen so far.

That's a lot of praise for a 6th round pick. Let's hope he continues to shine and hopefully gets a few games with the main squad this season.

Most articles do nothing but heap praise.
That said, I thought he looked great in the 3 on 3 tournament. So-so in the prospect tournament.
Skated well. But didn't see much else - which is kind of what we see in this article.

What I had read about him during the draft was injured for a good part of the year, and as a result overlooked by many scouts.

Could be a great steal.

Berglund is making his SHL debut right now against Skellefteå (Berggren). 7th D but at least getting to play, 1:53 ice time in the first period.

He's only played a total of 13 games of U20 hockey, so getting to join the senior team so early and actually being on the ice is actually quite impressive.

Berggren has an assist so far tonight.

This is awesome news regarding Berglund as it is a super quick assent up the ranks from U18. It is nice that Frolunda sees something in his game to warrant the promotion (even if only temporary).

London acquired Ryan Merkley, should be a boost for them despite his flaws and will probably help Regula out. The rest of their D group doesn't look very good so he was going have to carry a huge load for sure.

How is he going to help Ragula?

Victor Brattstrom off to a quick start this year for Timra in Allsvenskan... First 4 starts, 4-0 2.20 GAA .924 SV%... Already 22 years old, so we'll see what he can become

Eliasson with a little bit of a struggle in his 1st couple of starts

Is he eligible to be called up to the men’s league? Seems like he could be too good to be playing juniors.
He's eligible and probably will get a call up at some point. But calling up juniors mainly happens if there are injuries and rarely means getting a proper role on the pro team, unless they are really dominating juniors which I wouldn't say Söderblom is (after the 1st game).

Albert Johansson is off to a rough start on a poor performing Färjestad U20 team. They've lost all 5 games and scored only 5 goals. Johansson is a team "leading" -7, partly a result of logging huge minutes.
