I want to go through the schedule more thoroughly when I have a chance, but November, December and the later stages of January post All Star break into early February seem pretty stacked at first glance.

This is a huge year for the tank. Not only for the draft pick, but a good showing by the tank could hopefully (and finally) get Benning fired.

JB is going to cement himself amongst the greats like Doug Maclean and Mike Milbury if they miss for a 5th straight year, which is extremely likely.

I might have gone a bit overboard in that regard .

If I’m toning it down and looking at the first 3 months:

I think October is going to be relatively even/.500 area.

November has almost non stop expected playoff/in the mix teams. We them play all of the central teams minus Minnesota once and Dallas + Nashville twice. The likes of San Jose, Washington and Pittsburgh in there as well. Like @Popovich says I think it’ll be very hard on them to be in the race at that stage.

December is a mixed bag probably, but Vegas x2, San Jose, Toronto, Carolina and Calgary definitely provide opportunity for their fair share of losses.

It's really telling when we know the quality of our team and there are like 3-4 other teams in the league where we're like "I feel somewhat confident we could beat them"
