Is it time for the prediction threads yet?
This is year 4 for him, right? Could they walk away from a 3rd overall pick without even granting him that 5th year?
They already have declined the 5th year option on him. Must feel that amount is too high given his performance in year 2 and 3 so far. Don't want to have that 5th year locked in.
As for Seattle, it's hard to imagine them better than 8-8 this season.
Rams clearly the best team in the division.
SF, Jimmy G looked great late last season, and we'll see how he performs now that teams have game tape of him in Shanny's system.
AZ, see how long Bradford lasts before Rosen gets to be the starter. He'll have his ups and downs.
Seattle, Wilson's health will be the key for them. Have they fixed their OL with a new position coach? Didn't really add much talent to the line. That will be the deciding factor for their season. The defence has so much change with Avril, Bennett, Sherman, Chancellor gone. Can the secondary guys besides Griffin who they drafted in 2017 step up to fill the holes on the backend? That's what they banked on. And they need to resolve the Thomas situation. Either extend the guy or trade him. He's seen what happened to his buddy Kam who suffered a career ending injury and he entered last season on the final year of his deal, but got an extension at the beginning of the season.
